How do you access FREE Dynamics training?

The training courses are located on the CustomerSource website under the Training & Certification Tab – https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource.

You can access this training 24 hours-a-day from anywhere.  Lessons can be started and restarted, skipped and repeated.  Hands-on exercises and interactions (quizzes and puzzles) reinforcing learning.
